We are using used 2 old BP stacked. We want new ovens to replace our used ones. I have limited space, but will sacrifice some inches for a new deck ovens, stacked. i have been baking for years and oven recovery is big. Now I own a Pizza shop and oven recovery is the bottleneck. Our gas is primo. We have a 1 3/4" line (?) coming in to the bldg. I think opening and closing the BP oven doors, wastes so much heat. Bakers Pride ovens are good. We are using used 2 old BP stacked.
